New “Scent Your Love Story" Program Offering Bespoke Scents for Destination Weddings from Velas Resorts in Mexico
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (October 28, 2024) - Velas Resorts is taking the trend of picking out a specific wedding day fragrance and cologne to new heights with the introduction of a customized wedding scent experience. The avant-garde "Scent Your Love Story" experience offers the curation of bespoke signature interior fragrances with the help of an expert scent designer. Couples choosing to wed at one of Velas Resorts' seven luxury hotels in Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta, or Cabo San Lucas, Mexico are invited to embark on a holistic scent journey when planning their wedding, from a discovery consultation with the scent designer to diffusion throughout the entire wedding venue and unique take home gifts for guests.
The "Scent Your Love Story" journey begins with a consultation led by a Velas Resorts scent designer. Guided by the designer's expertise, couples will share their favorite scents, memories, and desired wedding mood to create a personalized and meaningful olfactory experience. The designer will translate the couple's preferences into a custom wedding fragrance, drawing inspiration from locations important to the couple, favorite flowers, special memories, emotions and moods. Once the big day arrives, the Velas team will diffuse the custom fragrance throughout the wedding venue, from the ceremony space and reception location, to the bridal suite and guest rooms. Couples will also have the option to integrate their personal scent into wedding favors, such as candles and room sprays, offering a cherished keepsake for the couple and their guests.
Using a customized wedding scent not only enhances the overall experience of the ceremony, but also brings couples together when reliving the memories at home with a simple sniff.
